Gin AVIATION was released as a collaborative effort between a distiller and bartenders. In a sense, gin is a bit more complex than just a vodka-based liqueur. Some botanists, including juniper in particular, are used to flavor neutral alcohol to breathe life into the soul of gin.
Making a really good gin requires striking a balance between each plant species in the blend. When creating the AVIATION gin, Lee, Christian and Ryan worked hard to pinpoint the herbs that would make the drink a true Northwest product.
