Highland Park 40 Year Old is an exceptional whiskey that won the World Whiskey Awards 2009 for Best New Release of the Year. The color of the drink is a bright copper, rich spicy aroma filled with tones of fruits, nutmeg, lemon peel, dark chocolate, cinnamon.
The taste of the drink is well balanced, tinges of iris are guessed in it,
dark chocolate, cherries, honey, orange peel and aromatic peat smoke with notes of heather. The finish corresponds to the status of this noble whiskey, aged in oak barrels for 40 years. It is long, very pleasant, smoky and sweet, just unforgettable.
