The wine has a mahogany color. Intense aroma of wine is filled with tones of dried fruits, raisins, toffee, spices and old oak. This elegant wine has a complex, concentrated, smooth and sweet taste with a long velvety aftertaste.
Delightful sherry "Matusalem" Oloroso is made from Palomino (75%) and Pedro Jimenez (25%) grapes grown in the own vineyards of Gonzalez Biass, located in the Jerez region of Andalusia. The wine has been maturing for over 30 years in American oak barrels.
Over a long period of aging, sherry acquires a beautiful mahogany color, deep aroma and an elegant, rich, rich and complex taste.
