Cognac has a crystal clear, transparent color. The aroma of cognac resembles a bouquet of old, aged gin with sweetish, floral notes. Cognac "Antarctica" Fol Blanche was created by Jean-Jacques Godet, who heads the Cognac House of the same name, after his successful expedition to the shores of Antarctica, which took place in March 2008. Cognac "Antarctica" is created from alcohols that have been aged for seven years in old oak barrels, during which time they turn into an elegant,
soft and sensual drink.
