Cognac House Camus produces cognac Camus Ile de Re Cliffside Cellar, which is produced in limited quantities. Cognac Camus Ile de Re Cliffside Cellar, distilled on the lees in order to enhance the original taste of the cognac spirits that make up its composition, are created by the company's masters using a unique aging method consisting of two stages.
The first stage of the cognac aging is carried out in barrels with a small content of tannins, and the second stage - in the heart of Fort De La Pré, a historical monument built in 1626 on the very shore of the ocean. This fort guarded the French coast and more than once repulsed enemy attacks. Today it is considered a historical monument.
Only recently, Cyril Camus and Patrick Léger won the right to mature l'Ile de Ré Cliffside Cellar a few steps from the ocean, in this historic place. The cellars give the cognac softness and a unique marine character. Drink cognac Camus Ile de Re Cliffside Cellar, the strength of which is 40 degrees,
recommended as an aperitif or digestif, as well as in pure form or slightly diluted with mineral water.
The beautifully designed, nautical 0.7L bottle makes Camus Ile de Re Cliffside Cellar more recognizable and unique.
