Very beautiful, mature, high-end single malt whiskey. The taste of the whiskey is intense and deep, exceptionally balanced and warm. Initial notes of smoke give way to smooth floral tones, which intertwine with hints of oak and nuts and leave an indelible sweetness on the palate. With a little water, warm peaty notes fill the mouth,
but not overshadowed by the sweet nuances of chocolate and the rich caramel flavor that slowly fades into subtle hints of heather and peat smoke. The finish is rich, long, with a luxurious creamy smoothness.
