The vine varieties Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc are grown on limestone-clay soils.
The berries picked by hand are soft pressed in the press.
Wine with a bright aroma of fresh wild herbs and flowers with notes of ripe fruits, spices and honey. The color is light straw with a greenish tint.
The taste is full-bodied, well-balanced with a predominance of creamy tones and hints of spicy bread.
The wine goes well with seafood dishes, fish baked in foil and sushi, also goes well with fruit salads, soft cheeses with a white mold crust.
