A drink made from 100% sap of a plant called Dasylirion wheeleri (a variety of agave, more commonly known as sotol), grown only in the Chihuahua Desert of northern Mexico. Tequila has a clear, crystal clear color. Tequila has a seductively fresh, minty scent with vegetable notes.
The pure and smooth taste of tequila is dominated by generous and rich notes of agave, pleasant sweet tones, herbal and plant nuances. The aftertaste is warm, clean and dry.
