It is classified as a premium JUNMAI GINJO. It has a rich and intense bouquet of aromas with hints of grapes, melon, pear, lychee. On the palate there is a rich juicy sweetness similar to grapes. There is also an astringent subtle long-lasting aftertaste of a full-bodied wine. It goes well with all types of marinade. soups,
meat dishes and cheeses. The colder the wine, the more refined the taste. When heated, the taste appears sweet.
