Description

The bright aroma of the wine reveals notes of cherry, plum and vanilla. The taste of the wine is rich, lively, round, soft, with a good structure and harmonious aftertaste. Chateau Baffort is a soft red wine made from Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown in the vineyards of Chateau Baffort.
The castle is located in the heart of Cotes de Blaye on the slopes of the Mazion. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats with daily repair. Malolactic fermentation and aging takes place in vats and barriques for 6 months.
The owner of the great French vineyards Grand Cru and the legendary Château Pape Clément - Bernard Magrez during his life acquired 35 wine estates around the world, some of them recently acquired: in Portugal, Spain, Argentina, Uruguay and Chile, in Japan (on the slopes of Mount Fuji, where white wine is produced,
which can be compared with the wines of the best terroirs in the world), in California (in the Napa Valley) and in Italy. Each Magre vineyard transfers its energy and experience in order for it to reveal its own individuality. All of his wines are produced in small quantities, so high-quality drinks are highly appreciated by amateurs and experts.
