Wine of light straw color with a delicate mousse and persistent pearl. The subtle aroma of the wine is filled with notes of pear, quince, apple and citrus. The wine has a full, powerful, rich taste with rich fruity notes and a fresh mineral aftertaste. The idea of creating a cremant from different varieties was born thanks to the splendor of the grapes,
thriving in the Burgundian villages owned by the Cav de Bailli company. This is how sparkling wines from Pinot Noir, Gamay, Chardonnay and Aligote were born.
