The wine is bright yellow in color, with notes of dried fruits, undergrowth and meadow grasses in the aroma. The rich taste of the wine has a buttery almond flavor and a pleasant aftertaste. Winner of the gold medal of the Feminalise 2011 competition,
White sparkling wine Wolfberger Cremant d'Alsace Pinot Gris is distinguished by an attractive harmonious taste and balanced structure. The oily texture of the wine goes well with fish delicacies, but more often wine is served as an aperitif.
