South Coast red port
South Coast red port has been produced since 1944. Previously, similar to him were released "Port wine red Alushta" and "Port red Tavrida". The wine is made from high quality red grapes: Malbec, Morastel, Bastardo Magarachsky, growing on the southern slopes of the mountains from the village of Simeiz to Mount Kastel
... Grapes are harvested for processing when it accumulates at least 22% sugar. Then for three years the wine is aged in oak barrels in cellars. By the time of sale, the finished wine contains 11% sugar and 18 degrees alcohol. The color is intensely dark ruby, the wine is very beautiful. Delicate velvety is felt in the bouquet and in the taste,
fullness with pronounced tones: fruit, prunes, black currants, dry spicy mountain herbs.
The high quality of the wine was noted at international wine competitions, where it was awarded the Grand Prix, three gold and four silver medals.
The sensations from this port are incomparable and, in order not to lose them,
such wine should be combined only with light mild food, cheeses.
