The most delicate vintage dessert red wine has been produced since 1892 (the old name is Aleatico Partenit) at the Gurzuf state farm of the Massandra association from Aleatico grapes grown on the slopes of Ayu-Dag Mountain. A variety of Italian origin, in soil
climatic conditions of the southern coast of Crimea has revealed its most secret possibilities and supplies excellent raw materials for the production of this incomparable wine.
The grapes are harvested for processing with a sugar content of at least 24%. After two years of aging in oak barrels in cool mountain tunnels at a constant temperature,
the finished wine at the time of sale contains sugar 18% and alcohol 16 °.
Wine "Aleatico Ayu-Dag" - an intense pomegranate color, absorbing the hot breath of the south, with a delicate, original bouquet, in which you can feel the delicate aroma of nutmeg and rose. The taste is soft, velvety with a range of shades: cocoa, prunes, chocolate.
Long-term aging in bottles further emphasizes the excellent qualities of the wine.
This wine was awarded 4 gold medals and 1 silver medal at international competitions. At the competition "Crimea-wine 95" he was awarded a gold medal and a first-degree diploma.
