This is the second wine from Chateau Margot.
Color: Wine of golden color with greenish highlights.
Aroma: The aroma captivates with creamy smoky shades, against which the tones of walnut, oak and fresh notes of pineapple, pear, peach and white flowers gradually develop.
Flavor: Perfectly balanced 2003 Pavillon Blanc has good fruity acidity and captivates with a complex flavor, which reveals fresh tropical fruits and light notes of vanilla, smoke and oak against a background of creamy notes. The finish is long and refreshing.
Gastronomic pairings: Wine is perfect as an aperitif,
and will also perfectly complement Burgundy snails, oysters in champagne, lobsters in oranges, grilled trout. For light snacks, soft cheeses made from goat's and sheep's milk are ideal.
