Deep dark ruby color with noticeable tiled reflections. The bouquet is elegant and complex, with tones of drunk cherry, candied black currant, blackberry, exotic spices, moist earth, cheese crust, mushrooms and noble woods. The taste is full-bodied, balanced, with softened velvety tannins,
full and long-lasting, with predominantly red fruits, mild spices and dark chocolate.
It goes well with hot dishes of lamb, duck and game, as well as cold meats, braised beef, fried veal or pork, boiled-pressed and soft cheeses with a moldy crust.
